El 'Yunque Store' name comes from 'El Yunque National Forest', a 28,000 acres dense rain forest in Puerto Rico.This forest has been preserved for ages, first by the native Indians, then Spain in the 1800's, then USA in 1900's.Yunque Store was founded by Raul Garcia to share the unique beauty of the El Yunque Rain forest and other National Forests,as well as the beaches and islands of Puerto Rico.We also cover the US National parks and many social issues like global warming and social justice in our products.Since 2013 we have over collected over 20K high resolution imagesof the pristine nature and forests of Puerto Rico.
